How do I get my lab or x-ray/imaging results?

  1. Please make follow-up appointment for results.  

How do I get my prescription refills?

  1. If you are in need of refills please first contact your pharmacy to determine if you have remaining refills. If you do not, please call and leave message for SPECIFIC nurse affiliated with provider who saw you.  If you have any remaining medication refill question please contact us at 830-980-9686 (follow the prompts) or crhc@gvtc.com

Do you take my Insurance?

  1. We accept MOST insurance plans. Please call your insurance company and ask for a list of providers in your area or visit their website for this information.
  2. If you have questions regarding coverage on any services we provide, please call your insurance company for detailed benefits on your policy.

How do I reach the doctor for urgent matters after-hours?

  1. Please call our office at 830-980-9686 for instructions on paging the on-call provider.
